The tomato salsa, as well as the pepper puree and their mix, are easiest to store in the refrigerator. To do this, flatten the surface of the salsa, wipe off any residue stuck to the top of the jar(if there is any) with a dry napkin, and pour a finger of olive or sunflower oil over it. In this way, the oil limits the access of air and the salsa can be stored for an extremely long time without losing its aromatic and taste qualities.

Another little secret - the most delicious dishes are obtained when both types of puree - tomato and pepper - are mixed in one dish, in the proportion of 2 tomato to 1 pepper.

Follow our blog , where we publish countless delicious recipes of oriental and Turkish dishes in the composition of which we use products that you can find with us.

Ingredients - tomato, salt, NO CONSERVATIVES.
